CREDITON TAGB Tae Kwon Do took part in the Southern Tournament in Paignton, on October 6, and they came back with more than just big grins!

Luke Clifton won Bronze in the Boys Middle Weight Black Belt division, James Martin achieved Bronze in the Boys Yellow Belt division.

Thomas Mann, Luke Clifton and Dave, a student from another Club, took part in TAG Team sparring and won Gold, which was a fantastic result.

They called themselves rather aptly Crediton TKD and Dave!

James Martin also entered in the TAG Team event.

He did exceptionally well as his team had to spar a team of Blue Belts in the final, and they got Silver! Well done James.

There were more than 400 competitors at the tournament.

Crediton TAGB Tae Kwon Do Instructor, Ian Bazley, said: "A big 'thank you' must go to Sue Beecher, my assistant instructor, who attended and helped run an area/ring for the competitors, and the parents who also attended."
