A DAY of free activities and special offers for people aged 60plus will take place at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, Crediton, tomorrow.

Staff will be available to showcase the facilities free of charge and give advice on keeping fit and healthy and offer some unbeatable deals on Zest Membership.

For example, during October the 60plus Annual Off Peak Zest membership is available for just £170 (for a full 12 months inclusive membership).

There will be free swimming and classes as well as other free activities such as badminton, table tennis and short mat bowls.

There is also the opportunity for mini health assessments by the fitness staff. With information, advice and a chance to win a free six month membership at the centre. This is an opportunity not to be missed if you are 60plus or have a family member or friend of that age.
