SATURDAY, January 6, sees the start of the second half of the 2023/24 season with Sandford AFC First team entertaining Lapford First team at the George V Playing Fields in Sandford, with kick-off at 2.15pm.

Fixtures for the rest of January are: 

January 13 - Alphington (H) - ko 2.15pm

January 20 - Okehampton (A) - ko 2.15pm

January 27 - Crediton Seconds (H) - ko 2.15pm.

The second team start with an away fixture on Saturday, January 6 against Exeter Royals, ko 2.15pm.

January 20 - Exeter Royals (H) - ko 2.15pm

January 27 - Axmouth (A) - ko 2.15pm.

On Friday, December 22, the club held its annual Christmas Bingo and grand draw at Sandford Parish Hall.

Club members laid out all the available tables and chairs in the afternoon and these were nearly all taken for the 7.30pm start.

There were turkey's, chicken’s and meat for prizes in the Bingo, and afterwards the draw took place with three tables bulging with prizes.

The club sends special thanks to all of the people who kindly donated all the prizes and thanks to all the people who came and supported the club.
