CREDITON United AFC committee is saddened to report that due to a number of pressures, work etc, that Martin Edgington is unable to continue as Chairman of the club with immediate effect.
Graham Avery, Vice Chairman, will step back into the role for the foreseeable future.
The committee would like to thank Martin for all his hard work with the club during the past years, and it hopes to see him back at Lords Meadow, when football returns.
While the club awaits guidance from the FA on when football might resume, the committee wishes to publicly thank its sponsors for their support.
Given that no matches have been played at Lords Meadow since mid February, pitch side sponsorship boards have not been seen by spectators.
In recognition, the club will shortly be contacting all sponsors directly regarding the suspension of sponsorship fees for the remainder of the year.
