THREE CREDITON and Copplestone Professional Unification of Martial Arts (PUMA) Taekwon-Do students competed in the PUMA European Championships held in Cork, Ireland.

Taking part were Ryan Powlesland, Daniel Brennan and Tegan Flay.

They competed in patterns (individual), sparring (individual) and team sparring, returning with an impressive eight medals.

The students were praised on their success by their tutor, Dave Powlesland, IV degree black belt.

Ryan added thanks to Exeter College and the Aces Academy, Exeter, for support and sponsorship which also enabled him to take part.

Crediton PUMA Taekwon-Do classes are held at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings and at Copplestone on Wednesday evenings.
