CREDITON V KINGSBRIDGE

Crediton Under 12's put up a gutsy performance, but it was not enough as they were beaten four tries to one by a strong Kingsbridge side on Sunday, March 11.

Crediton conceded an early try right from the start and were glad to go in at half-time only 14-7 down having scored right on half-time through Ben Rodd who showed superb determination to get over the line despite the close attention of the Kingsbridge defence.

Kingsbridge had the luxury of a large squad and put the game beyond contention in the second half bringing on fresh legs and scoring two further tries.

Crediton battled to the finish despite injuries and a number of players being forced to play out of position.
