A TOTAL of 26 members of Crediton Swimming Club, with Peter Brewer and five other adults, spent a busy day at the Tesco store at Wellparks, where they helped customers to pack their bags.

Peter said they all performed brilliantly, a real credit to the club and added he was most grateful to Tesco for giving them the opportunity for this which resulted in £481 being raised.

Thanks go to the generosity of the customers. This money will allow the club to visit the 50-metre pool in Plymouth followed by a fun session in the laser tag facility.
