MORE than 40 children attended the Arsenal Soccer School, on Tuesday, July 30.

The day of football was held at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, Crediton with children aged four to six years playing indoors and the older children playing outside.

The young footballers were coached by Arsenal Soccer School approved coaches, Adam Hayman, Mike Berry, John Colley and Chris Vinnicombe.

The day involved a warm up and reaction games, technical sessions working through passing, shooting and other skills, as well as playing in small sided matches and tournaments.

The Arsenal Soccer School will holding sessions every Tuesday, from 10am to 3pm, throughout the summer.

Boys and girls of all abilities, aged from five to 12 years are welcome.
