THE victorious members of the North Tawton Bowls Club are pictured receiving the trophy for the Webber’s Mixed Triples tournament organised by Great Torrington Bowls Club on August 18, having won at their first attempt. Team members Rick Ball, Alan Summers and Jan Summers said: “The win was the ‘icing on the cake’ after a great day of bowling and a really enjoyable event, very well organised by Great Torrington. We’ll be back to defend the title next year”.
