MID Devon District Council is looking for new tenants to occupy a former bowling club pavilion in Tiverton’s Peoples Park.

The previous tenant, Tiverton Bowling Club, has vacated the building following its merger with Borough Bowling Club, and now the newly formed Tiverton Canal Bowling Club plays on a green near the Canal Basin.

This means the single storey building, which is approx. 1,000 sq. ft, and has mains water and electricity connected, is available to rent to a local group.

Due to current planning obligations the pavilion, which is owned by the council, must be used for sporting, recreation or community use.
