ALMOST 200 Year 11 students from Queen Elizabeth’s School in Crediton celebrated the end of their time in school, having completed the last of their GCSEs.

The setting for their Prom on Friday, June 29, was the beautiful Exeter Golf and Country Club and the weather certainly didn’t disappoint.

Students were given “mocktails” on arrival and were treated to a delicious hot buffet and enjoyed plenty of dancing!

The school said the students were great ambassadors for QE and did the school proud.

Rupert Poole, Principal, said: “A sunny and warm evening was the perfect backdrop to a really pleasant evening.

“It was lovely to see all the students enjoying themselves after all the hard work and dedication they have devoted to their studies and the exams this summer.

“We look forward to welcoming some of them back into the Sixth Form and wish them all the very best for the future.”
