AT a recent meeting of Witheridge and District Ploughing Match, the retiring secretary, Shelia Manley, was presented with a Portmerrion Vase on behalf of the committee by the President Mr Colin Burrow.

She has retired after 25 years in the job. Mr Burrow paid great tribute to her for all she had done over those many years.

This year’s match will be held on Tuesday, September 19 at Little Bamson, Puddington.
