THE Devon Rural Housing Partnership offers annual awards for rural housing schemes.

This year’s winner for the category “outstanding community contribution” was the Cheriton Bishop Community Land Trust.

Jill Westcott accepted the award on behalf of the trust from Lord Richard Best OBE at the Devon Communities Together “Rural Futures” conference held last month at The Met Office, Exeter.
