SANDFORD branch of the Conservative Association held a Summer Party at Dowrich House, Sandford, by kind permission of Mr Michael Lee.

Guest speakers were Neil Parish, MP for Tiverton and Honiton and Richard Haddock, the South West chairman of CRAG, the Conservative Rural Affairs Group.

Brexit the main topic of conversation and was debated by both speakers. Many questions were asked by those attending the event and the focus was on how Brexit would affect the rural community.

A delicious supper was enjoyed by all.
