THIS month Osprey Charging Network opened a new high-power charging location at Marston’s “The Red Deer” pub and restaurant in Crediton.
The two 75kW rapid chargers accept normal contactless bank card payments (as is standard across the Osprey network) and can charge all rapid-enabled vehicles on UK roads today. The location layout is optimised for accessibility, with weight-managed cables and wider bays.
Whilst Osprey Charging customers do not have to eat at The Red Deer whilst they charge, a typical rapid charge lasts 25-45 minutes, so Osprey say it’s a perfect opportunity to re-fuel at the restaurant, or pop to Tesco next door.
Osprey is a UK-wide, rapid electric vehicle charging network built to provide a trusted and comfortable experience: reliable, open-access and easy-to-use charge points are conveniently located.
All Osprey chargers accept contactless payments, App payments, RFID cards and payment through all major third-party payment methods including fleet cards and roaming partners.
Every charging point is powered by 100 per cent renewable electricity.
