CREDITON Town Council has condemned vandals who tipped over two flower towers on the pavement in Exeter Road, near Hillbrow Residential Home, during the early hours of this morning, Friday, February 20.

It has also thanked those who cleared up the mess.

The council said on social media: “The biggest thank you to our wonderful volunteers, Sally and Paul Parkhouse.

“The destruction discovered this morning compared to how the planters look now says everything. They already give hours of their time to create these beautiful displays — not to repair damage caused by others.
