THIS year there will be three Farmers' Markets in Crediton in December - on Saturdays December 1 and 15 and on Sunday, December 23.

The extra market, December 15, will include crafts. Anyone interested in taking a space, under cover but take your own table, should contact the market chairman, Simon O'Sullivan at Grannys Meadow Nursery, Colebrooke, 01363 82838.

"People will need to book a space and not just turn up on the day," said Simon. "We hope there will be a good range of local crafts people selling their goods in addition to those who regularly take a stall."

Crediton Farmers' Market was in the top three of the Devon Life Food Awards this year. It has won several times in the past. Totnes were winners this year.
