THOUSANDS of visitors admired the beautiful flower arrangements which were included in the Crediton Parish Church’s annual Flower Festival entitled Outside the Box, which ran from June 4 to 9.

The exhibition included a car in one of the displays and visitors were able to see a selection of boxes, large and small, some important and others just for fun at this year’s festival.

Concerts also took place during the festival, as well as church tours and competitions.

There were stalls and the cafe ran in the Boniface Centre, where there was also an exhibition by Newton St Cyres Art Group.

The Flower Festival is one of the major fundraising events that contributes to the maintenance and repair of Crediton Parish Church.
