CONTINUING the 2018 series of talks about complementary medicine, members of the Crediton and area branch of Devon Senior Voice were given a fascinating talk by therapist and healer, Elaine Elston.

As well as acupressure, Elaine offers Trigger Point therapy. She demonstrated the procedure on a member of the group to good effect.

She was warmly thanked and stayed on for refreshments.

During the committee meeting that followed, members continued to discuss the pros and cons of transferring to Devon Communities Together.

Next month’s meeting on April 11 will be the AGM and the speaker will be Louise Webb, a local massage therapist.
