CREDITON Women's Environmental Network held its second annual Teddy Bears' Picnic by the bandstand in Newcombes Meadow, Crediton.
There was music, storytelling, facepainting, fun and games and refreshments.
Headlining the event was Rosa Rebecka (rebeckasongs.com), back by popular demand from last year.
A Swedish/American singer-songwriter, her voice captivated and entranced those who went along. Professional storyteller Claire Viner (author of audio books including Tremendous Tree Stories) told stories to children, young and old, and there was face painting – as well as lots of delicious food.
