A TABLE Top Sale, to be held at Sandford Parish Hall on Saturday, June 29, will raise vital funds for the village Playgroup.

Taking place from 2pm to 4.30pm, tables will be provided at a cost of £5 each and can be booked in advance by calling 07971 724 848.

Sellers are welcome along from 1pm to set up.

There will also be stalls, a lucky dip and refreshments/cakes.

The playgroup is also gearing up for its now annual Scarecrow Trail, which will take place around the village from July 20 to September 8.

The theme this year is “Heroes and Villains” and any family, business or organisation is welcome to make and donate a scarecrow. Application forms are available now at Sandford Community Stores.
