IT’S going to be a busy few months at Crediton Parish Church. It all begins on Saturday, April 25 when there is a plant sale and coffee morning with gardening items and bric-a-brac from 10am to 12 noon in the Boniface Centre.

The highlight of the summer is in May when South West Quilters will be holding a quilt exhibition in the church on Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30 from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, May 31 from 11am to 5pm.

Go along, view the quilts in a beautiful church setting, enjoy the architecture of the historic building and a display of church vestments. An opportunity not to be missed.

Admission £2 (under 16s free), with proceeds from the event shared between the church and the Daisy Garland Charity. Refreshments will be available in the Boniface Centre on May 29 and 30 from 10am to 4.30pm and on May 31 from 2pm to 4.30pm.

Other attractions in the church include the display of church vestments, the sale of material, a raffle to win a Quilt and the church shop.

In the Boniface Centre, there will be a tombola, bric-a-brac stalls and Newton St Cyres Art Group Exhibition.

There is disabled access and toilet facilities and parking available.

For music lovers, there will be concerts by Exeter Chamber Choir, Crediton Town Band and the church choir, organ and piano recitals plus others organised by the St Boniface Concert Society and Crediton Music Endowment Fund. Look out for details soon.
