TWO tales of the nativity were told at Tedburn St Mary Primary School this year.

Junior pupils performed Lights, Camel, Action a little on the lines of Strictly Come Dancing, while the older classes staged The Magical Christmas Jigsaw.

Both shows included lots of music with catchy tunes telling the old, old story but in a new way.

The week before the Christmas fair was held at the school for which members of the school’s Friends group had helped pupils make a host of crafty gift ideas.

The school held a Christingle service in school, there were parties and a theatre visit before the end of term as well as the Christmas lunch.
