BIG changes are happening within Cullompton over the next couple of years thanks to the new relief road.

Poor air quality and high levels of congestion will be addressed by the relief road, which will also unlock land to support the future growth and vitality of the town.

A dedicated webpage has been set up so that you can stay up-to-date on how the road is progressing: letstalk.middevon.gov.uk/cullompton-relief-road.

Planning permission and funding have been secured, and construction works are now due to start with the road anticipated to be completed in March 2028.

Early enabling works have already been carried out, with a new bus layby in operation on Station Road and a new cricket pitch completed on Horn Road east of the M5.
