SANDFORD Parish Council Chairman Jim Stephens recently presented a Commemorative "Thank You Plaque" to the Sandford Community Stores staff, and Sandford Volunteers, who all "Pulled Together" during lockdown to keep the parish ticking over with food and other items at such a crucial time.

The plaque was due to be presented at the Unlocking Celebration Walks and Cream tea on August 1, which had to be cancelled due to Covid.?Anyone who bought tickets can get a refund from the Store or use them in June 2022 for when the event has been re-scheduled.
