EACH year Sandford Parish Hall Committee runs a monthly bingo evening for charity.

This year the chosen charity was Age Concern Crediton & District who received a cheque for £278, which was raised at the bingo evening held on Friday, August 18.

Bev Whalley received the cheque, on behalf of Age Concern, on Friday, October 20 when the charity also ran a separate draw at the bingo evening raising an additional £170, taking the total raised to £448.
