MEMBERS of Crediton Boniface Rotary Club believe in living up to the Rotary motto of "Service Before Self".
At Christmas a grand raffle organised jointly with George Cowie, licensee of the New Inn at Coleford (where the club meets) raised a total of £1,380, which was evenly divided.
Mr Cowie donated his share to Devon Air Ambulance. The club's share of the raffle will be donated to a charity to be announced shortly.
The club's recent annual darts tournament, involving teams from local pubs and clubs, raised almost £2,000.
