WORK began at the beginning of May on repairing the fire-damaged Cheriton Bishop Village Hall.
The hall was unusable after the fire last September.
It is anticipated that the work will be finished before Christmas.
In the meantime, the Spalding Hall at Cheriton is being used much more.
