MONTHLY quizzes held at the New Inn, Coleford, have raised thousands of pounds for many charities over the years, the latest cheque, amounting to £1,360, from profits raised going to Marie Curie.
The charity provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families.
Volunteers organise the very popular quizzes at the public house.
More quiz teams would be welcomed to take part and details are available from the Inn.
