LOCAL student Dominic Garside, is planning to go to America to a sports and adventure camp where he will work with children and lead adventure trips.

Thunderbird Camp in Minnesota provides a range of crafts, sports and adventure based activities for children.

Dominic (17) plays for the South West England Volley Ball team and for the Torexe Team in Exeter.

He is currently a student at Queen Elizabeth's Academy where he is studying for A Levels in ICT, Maths, Geography and Business and Economics.

The trip is planned for June next year after his exams and he is looking to raise funds through computer maintenance and giving computer lessons.

He is passionate about computers and has built his own computer as well as a friends and worked for Exeter Council, doing maintenance and support, during his work experience.

Dominic is happy to maintain computers at the customer's address, where possible, at affordable prices.
