DESPITE rainy weather, quite a few people visited the adjacent gardens of Peter and Maureen Keeble, and David and Mary Nunn in Cheriton Fitzpaine, before enjoying a Cream Tea in the Methodist Church.

Visitors were also able to watch a short film "The Eyes of St John", describing the work of St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospitals and their outreach into the occupied Palestinian territories.

A total of £300 was raised during the afternoon.
