SAINT Lawrence Chapel in Crediton has recently been re-painted inside and everyone is invited to go along and see how smart it looks.

In addition, there is a 4pm Carol Service with readings and poems at the Chapel on Christmas Eve.

It will be a quiet and calm way to begin the Christmas Festivities.

On Sunday, January 1, there will be a Candlelit Carol Concert with the West Gallery Quire, with seasonal refreshments afterwards, which will begin at 6pm.
