A NEW "pop up shop" has opened on Crediton High Street to campaign for leaving the EU.
"Vote to Leave the EU" has a selection of leaflets, flyers, posters, balloons, badges and stickers available at the shop and local activists will go from there to leaflet in the surrounding villages.
Organised by UKIP the innovative "pop up" shop will act as a hub for Mid Devon in the Vote to Leave the EU campaign to gain support across the spectrum.
Steve Crowther, UKIP National Chairman who attended the launch said: “The shop is brilliant and really exemplifies our campaign. We have a real momentum and the more that the Remain side are trying to pour fear into people’s ears the more convinced people are becoming that we should stand on our own two feet.”
The shop will remain open until June 23 and opening hours will depend on when volunteers are available.
More volunteers are needed to help out. Anyone interested can pop in to the shop for more information.
