SUSTAINABLE Crediton's Waste Action Group's next waste plastics collection will take place on Saturday, January 31 from 10am to 12.30pm at Peck and Strong, Lords Meadow Industrial Estate, Crediton. Any clean food, drink and household plastic containers will be accepted. The collection does not replace the Punchbowl Recycling Centre facilities but is intended to compliment them and help those who find travelling to Punchbowl difficult. It is aimed at increasing the amount of plastic that is recycled and so reduce landfill.
