CHULMLEIGH Old Fair committee is at present working on the schedule for Chulmleigh Old Fair 2021 which will take place from Tuesday, July 27 to Sunday, August 1.

The committee is hoping to put on, as near as possible, its normal full schedule of events but these will all be subject to the Covid-19 regulations and restrictions that are in place at the time of the fair.

It says this could lead to the cancellation or modification of some events.

As last year, Chulmleigh Old Fair will therefore go ahead, either in its full or reduced form.

The Fair Queen and Royalty will be back this year and, subject to the restrictions at the time, so will the Country Show and Country Market.

The theme for this year’s fair will be "Celebration".

Everyone is being encouraged to prepare their scarecrow designs and think about their fancy dress outfits.
