DESPITE bitterly cold weather, several Cheriton Fitzpaine Brownies and Rainbows attended a Parade Service at the Methodist Church, taken by the Rev Norman Wallwark.

Each of the children (and some of the adults) had taken along pictures of people they admired, and there was a lively discussion.

During their Thinking Day, the girls had talked about their impact on the world and had made a display which the congregation were able to see.
