LOCAL childminder Liz Stevens og Busy Lizzies, is delighted to have been graded "Outstanding" in an Ofsted report.

She explained: "I am really proud because only three per cent of childminders in the country are awarded "Outstanding."

Liz offers "safe, affordable childcare in a home from home environment," with an emphasis on learning through play.

She received a grant from Devon County Council, which was used to create an outdoor play area.

Liz, from Shobrooke, has been childminding for three years and is first aid trained.

She has four children on roll at present and currently has vacancies.
