CHERITON Fitzpaine residents, Mary and David Nunn, held an Open Garden and Cream Tea in the village on a recent sunny afternoon.

Their neighbours, Peter and Maureen Keeble, kindly invited people into their garden, too.

People were able to enjoy their tea whilst watching a short film on the work of the St John Eye Hospital’s Group in Jerusalem and the Occupied Palestinian territories.

The event raised £370 for the St John Eye Hospital.
