AN Open Day was held at Hillbrow Residential Care Home on Friday, June 17 to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday and National Care Home Open Day.

The Open Day was a huge success when family, friends and visitors joined residents and members of staff in the celebrations.

A sing-along was enjoyed with children from Hayward’s Primary School and there was live entertainment with a jazz singer, a buffet lunch and cream tea in the afternoon.

A raffle was held on the day with proceeds in aid of Crediton Memory Café.
