MARKET Street in Crediton has been closed for much of the last week while workmen investigated a problem with an old brick sewer.

May Gurney have now completed as much of the sewer repair as they can reach from the street and are backfilling the hole.

They anticipate relaying the Tarmac on Monday with Market Street expected to re-open on Monday or Tuesday.
