PAUL Brown, also known as Paul D Smart, aged 40 from Richards Close, Okehampton has been charged with four counts of rape, and two counts of voyeurism.

These alleged offences have taken place between 2014 and 2018.

Brown appeared before Exeter Magistrates Court on Saturday, January 5.

He has been remanded custody and is due before Exeter Crown Court on Thursday, February 7.
