NORTH Creedy Choral Society will present its Christmas Concert at Holy Cross Church, Crediton on Saturday, December 13, beginning at 7.30pm.

It will feature seasonal baroque music with Charpentier : Messe de Minuit and Monteverdi : Beatus Vir with instrumental ensemble, including theorbo.

Then, after the interval, there will be some festive readings and carols including some for all to sing.

Mulled wine or apple juice will be served in the interval

The concert will be directed by Richard Stephens and Peter Gilks will play the organ and piano.

Tickets are £12 adults (children free) on the door by cash, cheque or card.

Do go along and enjoy some seasonal baroque music from past times – but still lovely 500 years later!
