CHILDREN’S and young people’s work resumed at Crediton Methodist Church last week with New Ark for families and young children on Saturday, September 18.

The theme was Noah’s Ark and there were games and crafts including junk modelling elephants, lion mask-making and paper folding to make an ark.

All this was finished with lots of pizza, salads and fruit.

A good time was had by all.

The next New Ark will be held on Saturday, October 9, from 4pm to 6pm. All welcome

On Monday, September 20, Big Top Chill and Chat was held for Year 6 onwards from 3.30pm to 5pm.

It gave an opportunity for them to chill out immediately after school and play games.

Two young people painted a large wall mural depicting a volcano erupting - have we another Banksy?
