Mid Devon's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

M5, from 9am July 18 2022 to 11.59pm August 29 2027, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5, junction 28 to 29 hard shoulder closure in both directions for parapet works.

And a further five closures will begin over the next seven days:

M5, from 8pm March 23 to 6am March 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 26 to 27 lane closure for resurfacing.

M5, from 8pm March 24 to 5am March 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 27 to 28 - lane closure for carriageway renewal.

M5, from 8pm March 27 to 5am March 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 28 to 29 lane closure for carriageway reconstruction.

M5, from 9pm March 29 to 6am March 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 27 exit slip road closure for electrical works, diversion to junction 26 and return.
