ON a fine Summer Saturday, Cheriton Fitzpaine "Market on the Move" was finally able to take place, with 33 stalls, from Bacon Baps at the Parish Hall to cakes by the PTA, stained glassware; bric-a-brac, toys and craft items.

Organisations such as Age Concern, St Matthew’s Parish Church and the Methodist Church were all represented, with the Parish Hall supplying hot drinks and food.
