TONY and Margaret Martin opened their home (in what was formerly the Village School) at Cheriton Fitzpaine to all the village children and their families for a magical evening, when their extensive decorations (inside and out) were switched on.

Inside were at least five big trees and suitably decorated dolls houses lit up for the occasion.

Mulled wine was served to the adults, and the children made swift work of their refreshments, in a lovely festive atmosphere.

Tony and Margaret are hoping to raise funds for Hospiscare, so if you live locally, do go and see their lights.
