A CHEQUE for £450 was presented to the Cherrybrook Chemotherapy Unit at the Royal Devon and Hospital.

Liz and Steve Pickard, who recently celebrated their 40th Wedding anniversary with family and friends at Crediton Rugby Club, asked for donations for the unit rather than gifts.

Liz and Steve are very grateful to all those who gave so generously at the celebration and also those who were unable to attend, but still donated.

The couple chose the Cherrybrook Chemotherapy Unit because Steve received treatment there about four and a half years ago and wanted to give something back.
