VISITORS to Crediton Farmers’ Market on Saturday, July 19 are invited to visit the Lions Club of Crediton stall and make donations of used, new or surplus bras into a bra bank.
Donations can be made between 9.30am to 12 noon.
The public is asked to give the bras a new lease of life - raising vital funds for research into secondary spread breast cancer.
A Club spokesperson said: “Every bra you donate really makes a difference.”
The Lions Club will also collect hearing aid batteries and used/unwanted spectacles and chat to anyone interested in joining Lions.
Members will also be there to explain how the Crediton Club has benefitted the town during its 40 year history.
