THE Victory Hall at Lapford was full of stalls for the January market run by Barbara Appleton.

Stalls included vegetables and preserves, knitting items, attractive craft made cards, bric-a-brac, plants and organic apple juice.

Jayne Grover and Jan Hunt had a stall for the first time, with bric-a-brac and well-loved items.

Young supporters,14 year-old twins Keiran and Ethan Findley-Thayre, with their siblings Phoebe (13) and Quinn (10), sold cakes and toiletries for Barbara’s charity.

Last year she raised £200 for Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
