Government Help and Support

Businesses

Employees

HMRC Coronavirus Helpline - 0800 015 9559

HMRC Self-Assessment Payment Helpline - 0300 200 3822

Helpful information can also be found on the Devon County Council website at: www.devon.gov.uk/document/coronavirus-advice-in-devon .

Mel Stride is seeking Government advice on various issues including travel (eg holidays booked at isolated self-catering accommodation), breweries, prison visits and support for self-employed workers.

He urges people to listen to Government advice and to adhere to it. He says if anyone thinks they might be experiencing potential early coronavirus symptoms they should not to go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital but instead visit NHS 111 online at: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 and only call 111 if they cannot get help online.

Mel Stride thanks everyone for supporting communities at this time.
